where is my Frontpage?

ok I am trying to help out a friend build a web page.
Now I have built a web page before but only with the easy
designer on aol... I was going through my hard drive when
I found the Frontpage folder.. but much to my surprise
the program was not there.. I also checked my laptop same
thing program not there.. so my question is this

Why is there a Frontpage Folder but no Frontpage Program?
Someone please e-mail me or post back here with the answer

would much like to have an e-mail the the subject
line "FRONTPAGE :O)" That way I know who I am talking to.

That folder is created by default when an office application is installed.
FrontPage has to be purchased / installed separately
