Why isn't there a specific IE 7 newsgroup?

If there's a microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6.browser group, why
isn't there a
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie7.browser group?

Was there some sort of usability test that indicated users would be less
confused by not having an IE 7 specific newsgroup after there had been ones
for IE 5 and IE 6 in the past?

Microsoft creates unnecessary new problems for end users by breaking past

Why isn't there a specific IE 7 newsgroup?

Good question. There's an IE7 NG for speakers of French
(microsoft.public.fr.ie7) and German (microsoft.public.de.inetexplorer.ie7).

The IE Team has told us that we should have an English-language,
IE7-specific newsgroup soon...but I'm not holding my breath.
