my answers, but they do not tell where I have to go to find it. Please give

If it hasn't been customized by your OEM, there is a shortcut built in to
Internet Explorer (IE) to get to Microsoft's Knowledge Base. Click "Online
Support" under Help in an IE window.

Navigate to microsoft.com and then scroll down below Popular Downloads and
Popular Searches and you will see that the first link under Support is
"Knowledge Base".
