Where is Microsoft Graph in Powerpoint 2007?

According to the F1 Information under "Insert Graph", if Microsoft Excel is
not installed, an MS Graph chart will be inserted with a datasheet. I do
have Microsft Excel 2007 installed, but I do NOT like embedded Excel charts.
I prefer to use the MS Graph for simple charts that I know someone who is not
as Excel savvy will have to edit. Is there a way to by-pass the default
Excel chart and use MS Graph even if I do have Excel installed? I have been
unable to find an option to insert an MS Graph Object.
