Where is Microsoft Communities

Hi , I just bought Office 2007. I know this area is for Vista, but I can't
seem to find the Communities using Microsoft Office Outlook.
Can anyone help.

Do you mean the newsgroups like this? I don't belive Outlook supports
newsgroups without a third party addon, unless it's new in Outlook 2007.
