where is list of downloaded software?

I have downloaded some software for my Blackberry. However, the installation
was interrupted midstream and now I can't find the files to finish
installation. I know I saw a list of downloaded files once, but can't find
the right link. Can you help?

Go through your IE history (if you didn't clear your history) and you will
see the full link or you can open from there.
To do that while you have an IE page opened, on the Menu bar click on ToolsFiles and you are in.
