I often need colleagues to send me their Hardware configuration for review.
Where is this information stored?

Bob, why not just have them download aida32 from
http://www.aida32.hu/aida-download.php?bit=32 . It can generate a report
that can be emailed or saved as a file and it would have everything you ever
wanted to know about a pc's configuration.
