where is cpu monitor

A while back I somehow managed to pull up a screen that showed the cpu
performance--a green graphic. Now I cannot locate my way to that item
again. Any clues?

Task Manager? Right-click on an empty area of the Taskbar and then
left-click on Task Manager.
