Where is "Connect To" on the Start Menu

I can't find this anywhere on my machine. 1. Go to the Start menu and point to Connect to

2. Click Wireless Network Connection to open the Wireless Network Connection Status window

3. Next click the button Properties

4. On the Wireless Network Connection Properties window, select the tab Wireless Network

Use this tab to view or modify the settings of your wireless network for Windows XP
I have Windows XP Home Edition. I have just started setting up a home network.
 
Hey Rooster,what StartMenu are you using?Is it XP or Classic? Start/Control Panel/Taskbar and StartMenu/ in Taskbar and StartMenu Properties click StartMenu,mark radio button for StartMenu click Apply there's your Connect to
