where is "clip creation"???

help says you can break a long video into clips after it has been downloaded
and opened by movie maker. we have looked everywhere and see nothing called
clip creation. under tools there is "create clips" but it is whited out and
does not work.

so where is clip creation?

select a clip in a collection.... right click on it and select "Create
Clips"

you do it in the collection, not on the timeline
