connections mess - makes a new collection for every vid clip

when I first started using movie maker I could create a new file, import
multiple clips onto one collections page. now I can import one clip and if I
import a second, it erases the first. Now, every clip I import is an entirely
different collection. what is wrong with this?????

I cannot make a movie unless it has only ONE clip in it.

look a little closer at your collections.... each video file automatically
goes into a new collection, but the other ones don't go away.
