Where is the DNS and WINS information located in the registry

Where is the DNS and WINS information located in the registry?

I don't know about the Registry, but you can view and edit them through
the Network and Dial-up Connections applet of the Control Panel.

So if the DNS and WINS key isn't there, I would like to create it using a REGISTRY entry using Installshield. Do you know what the entry needs to look like

Well, if the DNS or WINS key isn't there, then that means that the services
are not installed on the server.
