Where I can find a device drivers solution

I install the Vista Ultimate in my system (Fujitsu-Siemens Lifebook T4010
Tablet PC) and I have problems with drivers for the bellow hardware.
- Microsoft Wireless Optical Mouse (!!!)
- USB external Keyboards (any)
- USB hubs (generic)
Any idea for help?

Does Vista say it can't find the drivers? If yes, you should try
deleting C:\windows\inf\INFCACHE.1 because it is probably corrupt.
You will need to edit its file permissions to give Full Control to
the Users group before you can delete the file.
