Right click My Computer, select Manage, click on Disk Management and then
right click on the D drive and select Change Drive letter

If it is a non-system drive, it can be changed from Disk Management located
in Computer Management.
Access Computer Management> Right click My Computer> select Manage from the
menu> then Disk Management.
