The property sheet for my Temporary Internet Files folder says there are
several 1000 files and over 40 MB in it. I only see a few cockies.

I cant view source code when browsing.

My cache-cleaner software sees just the cockies.

I cant remember having done anything to any setting that could result in this.

I have never seen this before and have never had problems with it before.

(Windows 2000 pro)

Any ideas ??

In your Temporary Internet Files folder, do you have a folder named
Content.IE5? Normally, within this folder you should find at least four
subfolders which also hold temp files; DO NOT delete the folders, but you
can delete the contents of them, trying to keep the desktop.ini file (though
not necessary) in each folder.

Just to make sure, you are accessing the TIF folder thru Tools, Internet
Options, Settings, View Files?

As per viewing source code, sorry, but I don't have an answer.
