Where does outlook store my e-mail

My motherboard died on my desktop, so I got another one. Windows is requiring
me to reinstall, but before I reinstall I want to copy out my e-mail. I
bootted up into knoppix, and I was wondering where does outlook store all my
e-mail? I need the directory to copy it out. Thanks

Hi,
if you didn't change the path, you will find your mail file in your profile.
Should be something like C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
The file name should have a pst extension...probably it is called
outlook.pst.

Also, you should look for an archive file, as well as an additional and
appropriately named .pst file for EACH email account that was set up.
