Where does my feedback go?

I have a feedback form in my website and I'm not sure where the feedback goes
once someone has commented. Does it get emailed to me? And how do I know
which email it goes to?

Hi
Right click inside the form and click options, then Email results .You can
then enter an email address to which the results are to be sent.
