Where do I get Proret.msi? My excel started asking for it.

I did some moving and changing of drives. When my Excel starts it begins and
istallation and looks for Proret.msi and can not fine it. I have Office xp
pro. It has Pro.msi on the intallation disk. What do I do and how do I get
it.
