PRORET.msi needed but not found

Hi,
I attempted to download from Microsoft a patch for ExcelXP which was
installed from the Office XP CD I have. The process failed because it wanted
PRORET.msi, but upon searching the disk and my hard drive, I have found no
such file nor any variant (Protri.msi, Pro.msi or Proplus.msi.)

Any ideas?
