After some OS problems which required me to do
an "upgrade" reinstall of XP Pro, Windows is now asking
me to put in the OS CD so that it can call "PRORET.MSI".
I have 2 XP cd's, and I can't find this file on either of
them, including looking for hidden files/folders.

Has anyone got any idea how I can get round this - i.e.
where is the file? Or is there an equivalent file? Or any
other way round this?

All help gratefully received.

Kind regards,
Mark

You are absolutely right, of course. Many thanks for
saving the remnants of my sanity.
