Where do I find the "Local Settings"?

I'm trying to look for the Local Settings folder. I did a search on My
Computer and nothing resulted. I looked in the Documents & Settings folder,
still cannot find what I'm looking for.
Where can I locate this? Please help! Thanks!
 
Change your view to allow hidden files.

Mine are:
C:\Documents and Settings\NetworkService\Local Settings
C:\Documents and Settings\LocalService\Local Settings
C:\Documents and Settings\Default User\Local Settings
C:\Documents and Settings\Alan Edwards\Local Settings
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings

....Alan
