Where do I find Java Script

I cannot watch You Tube on Internet Explorer. It says I need Flash Player, which I have or I need to enable Java Script. I have gone to Tools> Internet Options> Advanced and ticked anything to do with Java but still no luck. Is there somewhere else I have to go to enable Java Script? It works with Firefox why not with IE?

Java Script isn't the same as Java. Here are plenty of MSKB articles on
