This News Group is for Access DAta Bases, you would get a better answer
should you post your question in the Outlook News Groups.
Further, Outlook Express is part of the installation pack that you already
have, I have XP Home and Office 2k3 and it includes Outlook Express. Try
looking under programmes in case you have ovrelooked it.
The path should be "C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe" or thats
where mine is.
