Where do I add "HAND DELIVERY" on a business letter?

I am currently typing for a lawyer who is volunteering his time with us. He
occassionally requests that I add "HAND DELIVERY" on his letters.

Where is the correct location that I add "Hand Delivery" on a business letter.
