I just upgraded to MS Office Outlook 2003 but my old folders and emails did
not transfer. Where did they go?

You did not upgrade. Outlook is not an upgrade to Outlook Express. The two
programs are not related. Outlook has ample functions to import from another
program in its File menu. Use them.

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.

You can also find some good Outlook Express information here:

Upgrading Outlook from an earlier version usually preserves data if done
correctly. Describe EXACTLY what you did, what your upgraded from, and what
you've done to try and repair the problem.

Thanks Russ. Your brusque message was very helpful and to the point.

I used the import function and it worked exactly right. All of my folders
are safely back in the cocoon.

thank you
