Where did my cookies option go?!?!?!?!?

my browser is not excepting cookies...i went to tools-
internet options-security-custom level to except cookies
and cookies is not listed anymore......how do i change my
cookies setting? where did that option go?............i
also tried reinstalling explorer 6 and that didnt
help........internet explorer is not listred in my
programs lost to totally delete it...and i still have it
in fact im using it to send this!!1....sheesh help!!!
please email me as I dont know if i can find this news
