where did all my emails go??

HELP HELP I'VE LOST ALL MY EMAILS AND CANT RECIEVE ANY EMAILS!!!! IM ON THIS
VISTA CRAP WAS WORKING FINE TWO DAYS AGO AND NOW NOTHING!!!! THERE WERE
EMAILS IN HERE I NEEDED PLEASE HELP ME IM VERY FUSTRATED!!!!!

This is not a Hotmail help forum. According to the announcement at the

the Hotmail service interruption ended about one hour ago.

I had the same problem.
The mails you have read aren't displayed.
By the pulldown menu "Display" (i have the dutch version with the name
"Beeld" thus i am not sure it is called Display).
First item "Current view" (in dutch "Huidige weergave").
Item "Hide readed mails" (in dutch "Gelezen berichten verbergen").

I can't remember who changed this by us.
