Where can I report XP SP2 issues?

I have a couple of issues with the Xp Pro SP2, one being that the usb ports
are dropped when coming out of standby. I have looked all through the KB and
MSN and Google, but cannot find out why this happens or get any feedback to
the message "USB DEVICE NOT RECOGNISED"

The USB works fine in Xp Sp1 (I have reverted back to a ghost taken before
the update) and there are no issues with the standby mode or coming out of
it - and I can replicate the fault in SP2.

Does anyone have any idea where I can post this fault, because unless
Microsoft are aware of this bug, they aint gonna fix it are they.

Is it a "bug" in the operating system, or is it a problem with your
particular computer? If it is an actual operating system bug then I
would expect there to be fairly widespread reports of this problem;
and this is the first time I have ever seen this specific issue
mentioned.

What is your hardware? Are the USB ports integrated into the
motherboard? If so what is the make and model of the board; and what
is the BIOS version number and date that is installed? It may be that
a BIOS update from the motherboard manufacturer is what you need.

And if your USB ports are on an accessory card then we need to know
the make and model of that.

Good luck
