where can I get Ewfapi.lib and Ewfapi.h?

Hi,all
I want to protect my device with EWF with disk overlay. And I plan to
call restore function every time before shutdown or reboot. I think it will
work. Any suggestion? The problem is I cannot find the header files nor lib
file ,where are they?
