Where can I find the date a contact was input into Outlook?

My boss wants me to create a Christmas Card Mailing List from his current
Contacts List. He brought his existing Contacts List in Outlook from a
previous employer and has been expanding on it at the new employer. He wants
me to gather inputs since February 1, 2007 to date. Is there a way I could
narrow that down since he has so many contacts and I can't tell old from new?
Basically, is there a way I can see what was input after February 1st?

If you change to the Phone List View of the Contacts and then use the Field
Chooser to add the field which holds that data you should be able to see the
Created Date. I think the field is called "Created". There's also one
called "Modified".
