Where can I find a 'Standalone Windows 2000 SP 4 Installer that I can download'?

I tried installing 'Windows 2000 Service Pack 4' using
the 'Express Setup' from the Windows Update Page. The
update requires that I stay connected to the internet
throughout the installation process. I keep getting
internet connection errors and the installation would
abruptly stop. There is an error message that tells me to
try again several times and if it still doesn't work then
I should visit the 'Windows 2000 Service Pack' page and go
to the 'Download Windows 2000 Service Pack Prblems'
section and download the standalone full version Windows
2000 Service Pack 4. That way I could download the whole
15.5MB without interruption and then I could just execute
the installation program without having to stay connected
to the internet. My problem is I cannot find that
standalone SP4 installation file and I can't even find the
problem section of the Windows 2000 Service Pack page in
order to download the program.

Does anyone out there know the site where I need to go to
download the standalone installation file? Please help!

Much thanks,
Thuan
