where can I find a legal template for car rental?

I have someone who is taking over payments of my car and I would like a
document that would start me in the right direction in terms of putting
everything down on paper so the both parties are covered.

Do you really want to do this with a presentation? Better search any legal
forums for a text and use Word for a contract.

Usually, the lending institution will have a contract they want signed when
someone takes over your payments. Assuming they approve. Doing it without
their approval before hand gives them the right (in almost all states) to
call the loan due and payable immediately. Really suggest you talk to the
bank or whoever before proceeding.
