This is an ACCESS newsgroup. Access is a database program. It is typically
not the software of choice for a form that you will fill in one time by
hand.
Rather than post your question to another newsgroup, just do a search.
Either search for one in google, ask.com, etc. Or try the "templates"
section of the Microsoft website.
You can also obtain these at most office supply stores.
Oops - one more note. I don't know about your state, but Texas has these
types of forms on the TREC website. Make sure that whatever form you use is
legal in your state.
Well, you won't find it in a technical support newsgroup for Microsoft
Access(TM) databases.
You probably won't find it online either - the legalities of rental
agreements in Los Angeles, Parma Idaho, Beijing and Nairobi are all
likely to be different; consulting other local landlords may be a much
more productive route.
