where can i download new WMM version?

my version of WMM is the old one, version 1. i'd like to upgrade it to a
newer version, the one with the video effects and other special features.
where should i download it for free? thanks for the help! =) need it asap as
i'm working on a music video/slide show as a gift for my loved one.
 
Install Windows XP SP 2 on your computer and it is installed
with it. There is no separate download of WMM 2.1. If you
have the Windows ME version of WMM you can't upgrade or
update it without loading XP onto your computer.
