where I can buy the Microsoft Windows Vista Home Basic N OEM-Edition? In
my town I can't find one reseller and no Online-Shop sells this version.

Naw, the EU has both versions available. "Standard" is available
everywhere, and then the N / KN versions are available *additionally* within
those markets. =)
