Where are the startup files for a user or power user

Hi
I have a Win2000 Server which works fine for the Admin account. I have created users and power users to use the same machine

When I login is user or power user, I keep getting a Windows Installer box which is trying to install Office 2000. Office 2000 works fine under Admin but here I keep canceling out and continue getting the Windows Installer. Then finally, I get the following error
EError 1706: No Valid Source could be found for product Micosoft Office 2000 Premium. The Windows Installer can not continue

Is there a way to stop this? The installer is not looking at the CD drive for the source.

Where are the logon scripts that Windows Server 2000 uses when you boot up? How can I stop the Windows installer rom launching

No it doesn't ask me for the CD

I installed from CD

It doesn't ask me to find the file

Do you know how I can stop the Windows Insataler from stating? Where are the startup files
