where are the loadstate.exe and savestate.exe commands

where are the loadstate.exe and savestate.exe commands ... how can i get them
????????
 
Hi

For the first file you can find it in:
drive(insert Xp instalation CD)\valueadd\msft\usmt
For the second, if you refere to the scanstate.exe is in the same location.
