User State Migration Tool

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know where you can download the User State Migration Tool that
is referenced on Microsoft's website? I cannot find a download page, it just
keeps saying it is available with the Windows XP Resource Kit. I am aware of
the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard that comes with XP, but I want the
more advanced version, which uses scanstate.exe and loadstate.exe.

By the way, I'm aware of the USMT for Windows 2000 that is available for
download, but there is a new version for Windows XP.....

Mike, the USMT is located on the Windows XP Pro disc.
