Where are the history files for the Scanner and Camera Wizard?

Hi!
I would like to cancel all the names from the Scanner and Camera Wizard's
pop-up list. I used the MRU Blaster to see if I could get the same result
but it did not work.
It seems that the only way is to find these history files in order to delete
them directly so as to respect my privacy. I just wonder why there is such an
option in other programs like IE but not here.
