Where are outlook 2000 my shortcuts files?

I recently restored my system to it original factory settings? I had backed
up my outlook mail. But when I restored outlook the "my shortcut" folders did
not restore. When I recovered I recovered with the backup option, so
hopefully I still have the folders. Can you tell me where they are?
Thanks

You mean in the Outlook Bar? These are kept in fav-file. Did you back that
up as well? Restoring it might bring them back in working order.

Yes, in the Outlook Bar. There are Oulook Shortcuts, My Shortcuts and Other
Shortcuts. I had created many folders in My Shortcuts. While my inbox
restored the 'My Shortcuts" didn't. Where is the fav-file? Thanks for your
help.

The fav-file is in your roaming profile folder.
Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\
Windows Vista: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook\

This folder could be hidden for you. In that case enable "Show hidden files
and folders" in Windows or type the path directly in the address bar in
Windows Explorer.
