where are my replies in WM?!

L

Linea Recta

I have posted some replies in a newsgroup.
I can see them on my PC with Windows XP, but on my notebook with
Vista/Windows Mail they won't show up. What can be going on this time?

PS Some other replies DO show up in Windows Mail, account settings are OK!

Try Tools Menu>get new headers.
Ensure that Get ### headers is not selected at tools>options>Read tab,
remove the checkmark altogether>apply>OK.

Thanks, but afraid it didn't help.
This is really bad. I can even see a reddish mark at the header of the OP,
indicating that the thread has to contain reply(ies) from me, but the
replies still do NOT show up in WM.

I even dismounted the news group, exited WM and remounted the news group,
but I only keep getting the previous posts... :-(

Your method of trying to get a refreshed group will not help.
Try Resetting the newsgroup by right clicking the group in the folder
list>properties>local file>reset.
