Where are IE favorites stored for TS clients?

All my TS users spontaneously lost their IE favorites the
other day. I am wondering where they are stored and/or
where to look in an attempt to recover them. thx.

IE Favorites are stored in the users profile. I've no idea why these
disappeared, though.
Do you use roaming or local profiles? Do you have normal and TS
specific profiles?
Did they loose other personal settings as well (ie was the complete
profile lost/inaccessible, or only their Favorites)?
