Where are downloaded backgroud templates stored for Powerpoint

Where can the downloaded background templates be found on the hard drive?

Easiest way to see where (based on version of Windows and Office), is to
open PowerPoint, click "File", "Save as", change the "Save as type" dropdown
to "Design Templates (*.pot)". This will change to the necessary folder.
To see where that is click the "Save in" dropdown.
