When you hover over a comment how do you change the date of enry?

When you hover over a comment balloon it shows the name and date of entry.
How do you change the format of the date ?
 
Changes like these are computer generic and not Word specific. Click
"Start", "Settings", "Control Panel". Double-click the "Regional..." option
and change the date format there.
