When will SP3 be available through automatic Updates?

It already is.

But you need to accept the "revised" Update software first. After
this is installed, and your XP is "validated," then SP 3 will be
shown as "available" to your XP.

It already is available through Windows Updates if that is what you mean.
It becomes an automatic update for those with AU turned on in early Summer.

Yes i have Automatic updates turned on. So eventually the Auto Update tray
icon shouild show up and download SP3 without me doing anything. Is this
correct? Maybe early June?
