When will new Catalyst drivers be available ?

October. Each month a new set comes out, hence the 4/9.. next version
is 4.10.

well I'm staying with 4.8 for awhile. 4.9's are total crap. I'm not
installing new drivers as soon as they are released anymore. Apparently ATI
is using us as guinea pigs to test out every new driver release.

I just installed the 4.9's with the Catalyst Control Centre and everything
went well. I just made sure that I installed the MS Net Framework first.
No problems here and I like the ability to load profiles from the System
Tray.

Funny. I notice no difference between them and the 4.8s.

Your system or your installation knowledge is crap, the 4.9s are fine. Or
maybe it's just your opinion that's crap?

I installed the 4.9 Cat drivers and they seem to work fine with MMC 8.8.

HOWEVER, MMC 9.02 TV application will not run. File player and library
work fine. This is on XP SP2. All previous attempts to get MMC 9x to
run have also failed.

And I was looking forward to trying the TV Server.......
