When will it work with ISA2004

I have SBS 2003 with ISA 2004. I cannot update, I can't find where to put the
proxy settings, I can't see if ports need to be opened?
 
We had a similar problem here (but with 2003 Standard). I finally got it
working by having to set Internet Explorer on the server to point to itself
in the Proxy Server settings (bypassing for local addresses).

It's updating fine now. Hope this works for you too Viv.
