Outlook Security with ISA 2004

Hi

I have used this http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/esecup/admin.htm to
circumvent the outlook security message. This has worked with Exchange
2003/ISA 2000 (sbs2003). The latest version of sbs2003 comes with ISA2004
with which I did not have success with the above procedure. The problem I
get is that after following procedure the Outlook Security Folder becomes
unavailable in outlook. Nothing I do seems to make it accessible again. Has
anyone come across this? What is the solution?

Thanks

Its a sbs2003 and isa2004 is on the same server as exchange2003. Outlook
clients are otherwise working fine and show other public folders. I presume
isa 2004 is not normally blocking the public folders.
