Attempting to publish a business card website at per
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/sbs/2003/deploy/bcardsbs.mspx.

Recognize that this article was written prior to SBS SP1 & ISA 2004.

When attempted to publish to 192.168.16.2, receiving this error -

Unable to open 'http://192.168.16.2'. Possible causes:
1. The web server may not have the FrontPage server extensions installed.
2. The web server many be temporarily out of service.
3. If you are connecting through a proxy server, the proxy settings may be
incorrect.
4. An error may have occurred in the web server.

Is there something in SP1 or ISA2004 that is preventing FrontPage from being
able to publish?

Have you installed and configured the FP extensions for a web site located at that IP address?

Thr FrontPage extensions are installed... how should they be configured?

You would select the specific web under IIS MMC, then All Task | Configure Extensions

And 192.168.16.2 appears to be a local LAN address, not a IP address of a hosted online server
- if trying to publish to your PC use http://localhost/
