When shutting off the computer I get the "dwwin.exe DLL initiation failed" Box

When shutting off the computer I get the "dwwin.exe DLL
initiation failed" Box popping up on the screen for a
second then the computer shuts down. Does anybody know
what's wrong and what do I do to fix.
